I certify that the information I have provided on this application is accurate to the best of my knowledge and may be verified by Picket Ridge Fencing or its agents. I understand and agree that any misrepresentation or omission of facts in this application will be justification for refusal to assign work or termination of work, regardless of the time elapsed before discovery. I authorize all the schools, persons and organizations named in this application to provide any relevant information in their possession or knowledge to the agents of Fence and specifically waive any required written notification. I hereby release Picket Ridge Fencing, my former employers, and all other persons from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in any way related to such inquiry or disclosure. I understand that Picket Ridge Fencing is committed to maintaining a drug and alcohol-free workplace. Accordingly, I may be subject to a blood test, urinalysis, or other drug/alcohol screening. I further understand, I may be subject to such random or routine drug and alcohol screening if Picket Ridge Fencing has reasonable suspicion to believe that I am under the influence of a drug or alcohol. My consent to submit to such a test is required as a condition of working with Picket Ridge Fencing and my refusal to consent shall result in refusal to assign work or termination of work. I understand and agree that my offer of work assignment or assigned work is established with no guarantee or promise of continued work or set hours of work or any obligation on the part of Picket Ridge Fencing beyond pay for actual work performed. I further understand that this work assignment is at-will and may be terminated at any time with or without cause, without prior notice, by either myself or Picket Ridge Fencing. There will be no agreement, expressed or implied between Picket Ridge Fencing and myself for any specific period of work assignment, nor for continuing employment, unless made in writing, signed by an authorized representative of Picket Ridge Fencing.
